So far, a pretty good eatin' day.
1/4 c steel cut oats w/ 2 tbsp blueberries. Black coffee. 2 whole eggs.
30 min of cardio, a shake with glutamine.
And now I just downed a big bowl of spinach leaves topped with tuna mixed with celery and salsa. Shudder. I couldn't find any of that FF Miracle Whip in the fridge, so salsa it had to be. Yuck! I did it though, because Jewels said I could. So I figured I should.
Oh, and a mini cucumber on the side.
The Roo is still napping, so I'm gonna get in some resistance training now too. Hope this yucky salad I just ate pays off!!! lol
