Tried it, and loved it!A bit time consuming to make, when everything isn't ready to go beforehand, but SOOO worth it!
The mashed fauxtatoes were a bitch to blender-ize, so I just used a potato masher and added the onion dip and salt! Not sure how I feel about 'em, if I never make them again, I won't cry over it!
But the chicken....MMMM!! And only 6 pts!
My DH wanted to be the hand model for tonite's dinner shot, so here he - and it - is! Turned out alright, eh?!
