The plan for Tuesday

Not sure how well I'll stick to it, but I'll give'er the ol' college try! Here we go:




Brekkie: 3 egg whites, 2 slices WW toast, 1/2 cup yogurt + 3 tbsp wheat germ = 3 pts

Snack: 1 All Bran bar - 2
1 banana - 1.5
= 3.5 pts

Lunch: 1 box Gardennay broccoli soup - 2
12 Triscuit crackers - 3
salad - 0
1 chocobran muffin - 1
= 6 pts

Snack: 1 apple - 1
1 chocobran muffin - 1
= 2 pts

Supper: stir fry shrimp with veggies - 2
1 cup couscous - 3
salad - 0
= 5

Snack: popcorn - 2
= 2 pts

21.5/22

Looks good to me, hopefully I don't stray too much!
