Snack: 1 All Bran bar - 2

Lunch: 1 box Gardennay broccoli soup - 2
12 Triscuit crackers - 3
salad - 0
1 chocobran muffin - 1
= 6 pts
Snack: 1 apple - 1
1 chocobran muffin - 1
= 2 pts
Supper: stir fry shrimp with veggies - 2
1 cup couscous - 3
salad - 0
= 5
Snack: popcorn - 2
= 2 pts
