I just don't get it!
But I'll continue on, because I just don't know what else to do? I'm a mere 12lbs away from the weight I was at WITH Cysty, which scares the bejeebus outta me!Maybe I have s'more cysts, one in each arse cheek perhaps?! lol
Here's the plan for today - my SHD (37pts):
Breakfast:
3 egg whites = 1
2 slices WW toast w/2 tbsp peanut butter = 5
1/2 cup yogurt = 1
1 All Bran bar = 2
= 9
Snack:
1 pce choco oatmeal cake = 6
= 6
Lunch:
1 veggie beef Soup at Hand w/8 triscuit crackers = 3
mixed greens = 0
1 glass V8 juice = 0

1 All Bran bar = 2
1 banana = 1.5
