Whew! I did it!

I honestly didn't think that I would find the energy, on my 22pt day, to exercise.

But I did it!

I just finished acquiring 4 APs, thanks to motivation from Shrunk! You rock the hizzouse, girl!


- 20 min strength training (1 AP)

- 20 min on the elliptical (1 AP)

- 30 min on the treadmill (2 APs)

NO WAY! I am so totally impressed! What a great workout you did! Talk about changin' it up. You'll break this plateau I'm sure of it, you've got so much determination. When is your weigh in day?
