Tonight's gourmet meal!


I absolutely LOVE this chicken dish! It's a Southwestern-style chicken, cooked in Kraft fat free Italian dressing. Add onions, 1/2 can of diced tomatoes, black beans, a hit of tobasco sauce, and cilantro for the finishing touch, and it's only 5pts!

I always eat this with 1 cup of whole wheat couscous for 3 pts. Doesn't it just look yummy?!

Throw in a side salad, and you have a delicious and nutritious 8pt meal. And the leftovers the next day are divine!
