Well, it's almost midnight - I just wanted to post my APs today, for the record!
2 APs - 40 min strength training
1 AP - 20 min walk
1 AP - 20 min elliptical
It was a rushed night, b/c I had my physio-required stretches to do (which take FOREVER), and I had to make time for 24. Plus I'm back at work tomororw, so it kinda had to be an early night.
Note: HAD to be.
Did I mention it's almost midnight!?
Ah well! I napped enough today!
