Well, at least I did SOME...

I was aiming for at least 6APs today, to cover the 6.5 pts I went over on plan, but I only managed to get 4 instead.

But still, I got 4 APs!

That's good, right?

.....right??!!!!!

2 APs - 40 min strength training
2 APs - 40 min elliptical, moderate

That sounds super! Way to get those AP. It is all about being accountable, right? And that is what you were. You went over a bit, but you did try to compensate for it, put in that effort and counted everything. Nice job!
